Talent engagement and retention
As part of our commitment to fostering a healthy relationship with our employees, we regularly organise a range of engagement activities to promote well-being and team bonding. These include weekly workouts such as Zumba and badminton sessions, as well as offsite team-building events and excursions like hiking. These activities not only encourage physical fitness but also strengthen camaraderie among our staff, creating a more dynamic and connected workplace.
During the year, our Group experienced the resignation of 40 employees, with 34 of them being production workers and the remaining from administration. In addition, 3 of our employees retired from the company this year. In response, we recruited 39 new employees, of which 25.6% (10 individuals) were technical and administrative personnel, who were strategically hired to support the execution of our Group’s growth plans. These essential hires reflect our focus on building a strong team that aligns with our long-term goals.
Looking ahead, our Management is committed to enhancing efficiency through automation, while continuing to support our workforce. This approach aims to reduce manual tasks and empower our employees to focus on more value-added roles, fostering both growth and productivity across the Group.
We cultivate a balanced work-life culture that prioritises both the physical and emotional well-being of our employees. Our comprehensive flexible working arrangements, alongside regular engagement activities, play a key role in creating a supportive and positive work environment. By promoting a healthy work-life balance, we aim to attract top talent, enhance employee retention, and boost overall workplace morale and productivity.
Training and development
Competent employees are crucial to the continued growth and success of the business. Our Group seeks to develop employees by providing training and development opportunities to enhance their knowledge, sharpen their skills and broaden their work experience and exposure.
Occupational health and safety
We place great emphasis on the health and safety aspects of our employees in the workplace and strive to maintain a comfortable and conducive work environment. Hence, we have established the Health and Safety Committee responsible to monitor and manage health and safety matters within our Group.
By focusing on these initiatives, we aim to create a strong safety culture that ensures the well-being of all employees and aligns with our commitment to health and safety compliance.
Engaging the Communities
Beyond youth and artists, our workshops are also aimed at reaching local communities, offering families and friends a unique social activity where they can explore creativity together. This initiative supports not only artistic expression but also strengthens social bonds within the community.
As we move forward, our focus remains on enhancing community spaces and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration that resonates with people of all ages and backgrounds.
